Whilst not welcomed by all residents of Dragon Villas, many of whom moved here to enjoy living in a rural environment, the city is gradually moving out in our direction as witnessed by the construction of the new rail link from Shunyi to the city.  On our south side a new Futures Villas compound is being constructed offering modern style single, duplex and town-houses.  Outside our northern boundary, the beautiful avenues of trees and wheat fields that have been so much part of our environment, are to be replaced by Minsheng Bank Headquarter’s Credit Card and Training Centres a new bank training centre due for construction starting in 2009/10.
