New residents, both owners and tenants, coming to Dragon Villas will be offered a Welcome Pack once these have been prepared.  Their purpose will be to familiarise them with the facilities, culture and rules of the community.  If anyone would like to help to prepare a suitable welcome pack, please contact the Dragon Villas Owners Committee at dragonvillas@gmail.com.
