Dragon Villas is situated sufficiently far from Beijing to be outside the pollution belt. Its semi-rural environment offers its residents clean air to breathe and the opportunity to live in a semi-rural environment.
Whilst it is sometimes said that Dragon Villas is too remote for daily commuting into the city, many residents are happy to undertake the daily commute in order that they and their family can enjoy the clean air, rural setting, fine homes and great community that make the Dragon Villas environment so comfortable. Furthermore, access to the city is improving all the time being much easier today than it was a few years ago. And it will soon become easier still with the construction of a new Metro link to Shunyi.
