Dragon Villas is situated sufficiently far from Beijing to be outside the pollution belt. Its semi-rural environment offers its residents clean air to breathe and the opportunity for country walks outside the compound.
Whilst many people believe that Dragon Villas is too remote for daily commuting into the city, many residents are happy to undertake the daily commute to the the city in order that they and their family can enjoy the clean air, rural setting, fine homes and great community that make up Dragon Villas. Besides that, access to the city is improving all the time, and is much easier today than it was a few years ago, and will soon become easier still.
