Shunyi Development Plans

Shunyi Development plans include a number of local improvements that will benefit Dragon Villas.  These include:
  • Construction of the Metro 15 rail link terminating in Shunyi with a station approx 5 km from Dragon Villas (see attached Metro plan);
  • Construction of several high-price villa and townhouse developments in the vicinity of Dragon Villas.
  • The Olympic Rowing and Canoeing centre was constructed in 2008 barely 2 km from the compound,
