Shunyi Development Plans
Shunyi Development plans include a number of local improvements that will benefit Dragon Villas.  These include:
  • Extension of the new high speed Airport Rail Link terminating at Mapo village and with a station approx 1 km from Dragon Villas;
  • New two-lane road highway connecting Dragon Villas  to the Beijing-Chengde Highway, providing high-speed access to the Fourth and Third Ring Roads;
  • Olympic water-sport facilities on the river immediately upstream of Dragon Villas.
