Management of the Dragon Villas community is overseen by an Owners' Committee (DVOC) consisting of nine house owners. DVOC is responsible for the appointment and supervision of the Management Company.

 

DVOC has no responsibilities for the Clubhouse which is independently owned and managed.

 

DVOC's Constitution must by law be approved and registered with the Small Residential Community Management Committee of the local government.

 

Elections for membership of DVOC are held every two years, coinciding with a General Meeting of Owners.  General Meetings of Owners are normally held once every year.

 

Elections are conducted under the supervision of the Small Residential Community Management Committee of the local government.
