Dragon Villas Management Fees
Yinda's annual operating budget currently stands at aprproximately RMB 6.7 million, which is covered by a Management Fee levied on DV's owners at a rate of RMB 4.602 per square metre per month of their total floor area.
In addition, Yinda monitors the condition of the major infrastructure items and assists the Owners' Committee by preparing an annual plan and budget for its maintenance. Infrastructure maintenance is paid for out of a separate "Public Maintenance Fund" that is funded by DV's Owners at an annual rate of RMB 0.378 per square metre per month.
The total fees levied on owners is thus RMB 4.98 per square metre of total floor area per month (including basement area).
